I can accept the fact that some products have issues (well, it should not be the case for 22 years old company), but I am OK with it if I know that vendor cares and is actively working on the solution. I do not want to blame anyone, other vendors have also their issues, but what makes a difference is the way of treating their customers and support level. When I wrote negative feedback to thread about new LTE products, and said that instead of launching tons of new products, instead of blaming their customers that they are using 'cheap China phones' (see viewtopic.php?f=7&t=102908) and completely ignoring this really long time problem, MikroTik should think MUCH more about the issues they have on table for really long time and no one cares, my post was deleted.

What is much worse is the fact that forum administrators are deleting posts with negative feedback about the company behavior as a whole - no, it's not a fairy tale, but mine real experience. They are your loyalty customers and you want to keep them I believe.įully agreed, but unfortunately this is a normal way of (non)communication from MikroTik. I think for most of posters under this thread hAP ac2 is not their first MikroTik device. What happens and when you will fix this issue. We need an official representative from MikroTik give us at least an explanation.
